Work completed, background and animation for scene 1.

Work that was completed was of high standard.

Jenny completed:-

Character designs

Scene 3 with the polar bears
Factory scene

Lewis completed;

Added animation and camera movements to the animatic

Edited the final animation with all the scenes/animation that had been completed.

Tested out 3D for the full background for scene 1.

Group commitment. Team member attended to all group meetings and kept constant communication with the group.

Good communication, really tried to push for different outlets to keep in touch such as Trello and Facebook messenger

Good communication, attending the vast majority of group sessions

Due to health and financial issues ended up remote working so missed in person group sessions, still tried to communicate in chats and keep up to date with the Trello.

Jenny attended all of the in person group sessions

Communicated to the best her ability regardless of language barriers.

Mostly joined all the in person group session, if they could not attend, they quickly let us know, and made an effort to join on teams and communicated in the Facebook chat.

Professionalism. All assets produced by the team member were delivered on time and with the right format. Member took responsibility over his or her work.

High level of professionalism, completed his side of the tasks.

Could have put more effort into professionalism, as could have communicated better with other members so they were more aware of their situation sooner in the production.

Jenny was an amazing member to the team, she completely a high volume of work in quite a short space of time.

Contributed more than expected

Communicated well.

When work became available to edit into the final animation, Lewis very quickly got his work completed.

Management duties. Member took over roles apart from his area of specialism, such as leadership, documentation, presentation and/or project marketing.

Took it upon himself to lead the team after Hannah no longer could.

Originally began as leader when in researching and brainstorming stages, but this leadership moved to another member when personal situation changed.

Work beyond role. Member worked beyond his area of specialism, e.g. helping other group members with their work.

Stepped out of his comfort zone, in creating 2D assets as all previous experience was 3D

Stepped out of his comfort zone, in creating 2D assets as previous experience was 3D

Stepped out of comfort zone with designing backgrounds and motion graphic animating in After Effects

Stepped out of comfort zone by animating the characters in the scenes.

Tried to take charge of the script but this ended up being handed to the director due to time constraints

Stepped out of comfort zone by taking part in a group project, and speaking up when issues began to arise. This was a big step for Lewis due to his learning disability.
