Graham Stuart
Graham is a MP of Parliamentary, Under-Secretary of State at the Department for International Trade and he introduced today's online seminar.
Minister Stuart was elected as the Member of Parliament for Beverley and Holderness in 2005. He joined the Department for International Trade in January 2018 as Minister for Investment. In February 2020 he was appointed Minister for Exports.
Minister Stuart was born in Carlisle. He attended school in Scotland before going to Selwyn College, Cambridge to read philosophy and law.
At Cambridge he chaired the Cambridge University Conservative Association, and founded ‘What’s On in Cambridge’
After university the Minister developed a successful career in publishing, and was a member of Cambridge City Council from 1998 to 2004.
Robin Gladman
Robin is the Senior Distribution & Acquisitions Manager at Aardman Animations, is responsible for distribution of Aardman and third-party content, primarily on digital platforms working with global SVOD and AVOD services and many flagship TV content buyers around the world. Robin also manages the long-term content exploitation strategy across Asia.
In addition, Robin seeks out and acquires third-party series and specials for distribution, and manages the roll out across a variety of media, currently representing a carefully curated portfolio of children’s IP.
With more than 15years experience within the industry, Robin Gladman specialises in strategic rollout of kids and family content across multi-territories and platforms and has been instrumental in the studio’s expansion over the years.
Andy Chambers
Andy is currently Lumine Partners CEO of Hoopla Animation, based in Manchester and creators of Daisy & Ollie. He is responsible for business management, strategy & growth.
Having worked in retail (Sainsbury Group) and tech (IBM & Microsoft), Andy co-founded one of the UK’s first digital agencies, Digit, in 1995, which was sold to WPP in 2004. Since 2010 he has worked in various executive roles and has helped seed fund a number of design, digital and content businesses. Andy has both sales and marketing experience gained from over 30 years working across the retail, technology, creative, media and content sectors.
Sean Healy
Sean is the Director of International Business Development, Haikun Animation Marketing and Planning
Sean has lived and worked in China for 6 years, he studied Mandarin Chinese at Shanghai University and Maynooth University and has rich experience of building partnerships internationally in the creative industries. He has worked with Haikun for four years, carrying out projects with government departments and companies in several areas of the animation industry chain in China and internationally.
