After the team joined together, due to the lack of communication and limited attendance on campus
I created a Facebook group chat so that all members could stay in complete contact about the
project remotely.
A one-off example illustrating the usefulness of this was when I was unable to be on campus due to
a train being cancelled and I was working from home and it facilitated me to keep in contact with the
team if they needed me for anything.
Daniel set up whiteboard for Change is Necessary team to add research and information for the
entire project. Hannah (our main leader) could make it in this session. The whiteboard was not used
as much as I would have expected and this could have been a more useful group collaborative
resource with the possibility for generating greater group cohesion and discussion to drive the
project forwards.
