What's a Documentary?

The word documentary is a adjective that says:
1. 'consisting of or based on official documents: documentary evidence of regular payments from from the company.'
2. 'using pictures or interviews with people involved in real events to provide a factual report on a particular subject: a documentary programme about Manchester United.'

Simulation – (Water, Fire, etc.) VFX

Go to nuke workshop

Johny told me if I wanted to do any of the simulation animations, it would be best to go to the Nuke software workshop where James will teach me these skills.

Representation – (Dinosaurs, Zombies, etc.)

David Attenborough’s Natural History Museum Alive

This video of David Attenborough was very interesting showing the art of visual effects and animations to create these extinct animals that lived billion years ago this is known as representation on how the extinct animals move using a creature that lives now for references (as a substituent)

La Jetée

Image result for La Jetée 1962

In today's lesson we watched this short french film which was English dubbed. I watched it in the dark but I didn't understand the story so it made me very sleepy so I had a nap.

Ken Burns Effect

The Ken Burns effect is a type of panning and zooming effect used in video production from still imagery. The name derives from extensive use of the technique by American documentarian Ken Burns.

City of Gold Ken Burns

We (us humans) don’t want to wait for anything (Modern)
